There is great excitement with the Pope’s upcoming visit to New York City. He will preside at a Mass at Yankee Stadium, where thousands of people will be in attendance. The F.B.I. and the NYPD have intercepted chatter that there is a planned bio-terrorist attack on that day. The puzzling question is, how will the terrorists get their deadly chemicals through security into the stadium?
Fr. Dylan McFeely, a retired NYPD Homicide Detective and now Franciscan Priest, is approached by his former NYPD partner, Kathleen O’Sullivan, to work with the FBI to help foil the plot against the Pope. Because of his knowledge of the Muslim tradition, McFeely is a vital asset in helping thwart the attack on the city and bring down the terrorists.
